how to use sleep mode on ODI scenario execution

phanikanthFeb 26 2013 — edited Feb 27 2013
Hi

Can any one help me how to use sleep mode in ODI apart from odisleep tool.

I have ten scenarios in one PKG1 and they are running on Asyn and Syn mode. i have generated a scenario for the PKG1 and scheduled for the same and when I run the agent my scheduler triggering PKG1 scenario and executing all scenarios inside th PKG1 scenario.

My requirement is I have scheduled for 10 min, when my execution taking more than 10 min, it is stoping the PKG1 scenario execution and re-starting from the begining.

My requirement is, scheduler should start the next iteration after completion of PKG1 scenario execution

eg: When my PKG1 scenario reached 10min by that time 8th scenario is running from PKG1 and it went failed because it is middle of the execution later immediatly PKG1 scenario started 2nd iteration from the 1st scenario.

I want to avoid that one, please help me alternative solution to apply the sleep mode until unless the completion of 1st iteration of PKG1 scenario execution even if it is cross 10 min time of scheduler, or any alternative solution to avoid scheduler instead of time increasing on scenario scheduler

Regards,
Phanikanth
