how to use other LLMs besides OCI AI, OpenAI an Cohere in APEX 24.1/2

I found that in the new APEX 24.2 still only support OCI AI, OpenAI and Cohere. There are now many LLM API in the world, some of them are free or on-premise. How APEX 24 use other LLMs besides the supported ones.

I try deepseek v3 which is claimed that is compatible with OpenAI. But it does not work.
