How to use Java Communications 3.0 API to send Fax

Dear All,

I am a Java fresh man. Now there is requirement that it needs me to utlize Java to send Fax, and I hearded that Java Communications 3.0 API can achive it, but I can not get any idea about it. So could any warmhearted person please help me to provide some sample code? Thank you very much!!!!!!!!!

BTW, is the Java Communications 3.0 API free for using? Thank you very much for your kind help again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
