How to use dynamic SQL with IR?

I'm using APEX 5.1.1. I have a classic report with dynamic sql(plsql function body returns SQL). is it possible to convert this to IR or have Interactive report with dynamic sql, as my query keeps changing from the UI, including the view name, order by etc., any ideas are appreciated, thanks/
