How to Use 'Contains' in 'Decode'

Hi,

I am using Toad 9.0. I have a requirement where i have to check that whether a field has '@' character or not. I want to use Decode and use the contains operator but in Toad there is no 'Contains' operator. Please let me know how come i use the decode and determine whether a field has '@' in it or not?
