How to use certificate CA server for setup Https IdM web

Dear All, any idea??

I have issue when i want setup SSL communication ( https ) from web IdM.
Related to reference document about setup https web IdM, all configuration and certificate came also from our IdM server. mean that certificate do not create from CA server. since i have CA server to generate certificate, how to configure this problem??
