How to use card_link in Card Template?

To link from the report I employed card_link column with apex_util.prepare_url function.

select CZ_0100.PNR,
       JMENO || ' ' || PRIJMENI card_title,
       substr(JMENO,1,1) || substr(PRIJMENI,1,1) card_initials,     
       KATTXTL card_text,
       CZ_0120.PNR card_subtext,
       APEX_UTIL.PREPARE_URL (p_url => 'f?p=' || :APP_ID || ':6:'|| :APP_SESSION ||'::NO::P6_PNR:' || CZ_0100.PNR,
        p_checksum_type => 'SESSION') card_link
from ...

It works fine for Standard template, but fails when switch report to Cards template (screen attached) - link is visible and leads to "Bad Request" error.

How to link Card to other Apex page correctly?
