How to use Bulk insert/update/delete on Remote tables through DB Link?

In our pl/sql packages, Bulk insert/update/delete is failing through DB Link on remote tables..

So please let us know the solution, If anyone had worked on the Bulk update/insert through DB Link on remote tables by using FORALL.
P.S: Tried EXECUTE IMMEDIATE also , even this is not updating/inserting in the remote tables through DB Link..
