How to use Biometric SDK which support java

I would like to interface fingerprint scanner with Biometric SDK for authentication and authorization process, but I never use biometric SDK and I have no idea to how I use this with J2EE Server and my web application. Please send some URL or print which guide me which biometric SDK support to java and how to program with this.
