how to use "Auto increment" in temp table Oracle

Pleas tell me yaar,
In MS Sql for Auto increment i am using like this "seqid int identity" for temp table
t_seq_tbl table(seqid int identity,EVENT_SEQ_NO varchar(30))

In oracle how to use....
