How to use a WebService in portlets and Portal

Hello to all. I'm new using Webcenter Portal, and i want to know how to use a WebService in Portlets, and how to use in Portal, because i need create 2 Portlets, but implements its in Portal (To use in different portlets) and implement in a Portlet (Only webservice to one Portlet).
