How to upgrade from Oracle 11.2.0.1.0 to Oracle 12c

Hi,

On my local PC with Windows 7 Enterprises, I have local copy of "Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production" with few development DB schemas. I would like to upgrade to Oracle 12c. Can you please let me know how to do this.
