I have been running a 19c Transaction Processing Autonomous Database for a while and want to upgrade it to 23ai. Next to my database version, I see a button “Schedule upgrade to 23ai”. When I click that button, I get this popup:
I have reviewed the documentation that is linked in that popup, but can not find where to change my Always Free database's “billing model” from OCPU to ECPU. Can anyone provide more detailed instructions on how to take those steps so that I can upgrade my database to 23ai?
