How to Update to Read Only Table..

Jdev Ver:11.1.1.7.1

Hi I Have Read Only Table with 3 Buttons(Save,Edit, Delete),Submitting the Data from Form.

If I Select one record from table and click on Edit,then that record must be editable and after do any changes, clicking on save button,its goes to readonly.

i want to achieve this scenario,pls help me on this issue.
