We are currently working with Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking 14.1, and we’ve encountered an issue related to SWIFT CBPR+ messaging.
In the Application Header (AppHdr) of the messages, the <BizSvc> tag is being set to swift.cbprplus.02, but according to the latest CBPR+ specifications, it should be swift.cbprplus.03.
We would like to ask:
- Where in FLEXCUBE 14.1 can we configure or update this value?
- Is it handled in any specific screen like SWIFT Service Definition or STP preferences?
- Are there templates or message headers where this should be manually updated?
Any guidance or experience you can share would be greatly appreciated.
