Java SE (Java Platform, Standard Edition)

Hello,

I'm having a JTable and a buttom in the view part of MVC. When the user presses the buttom, there has to be an additional line in the JTable. I'm using my own tablemodel (extending the defaulttablemodel) in de model part of MVC. When the buttom is pressed, I can add the additional data in my own tablemodel but the JTable doesn't refresh with the new data. How can I solve this problem ? I already searched the internet, used the different fire..... events but nothing seems to work.
