How to unlock the Locked Accounts through SQL by coomand line.

Dear
I have connected to SQLPlus. But when i enter the command Connect as sysdba, it asks me the user name and the password, which i don't remember and my own account is locked. When i enterd the username (my own) and the system with some passwords, its Returns Ora-01031 Insifficinet Priviliges. I think it is because of Locked Accounts.

Now what to do?
Plz reply me immediately.
