How to unlock password for exceed password retry entry limit, Account locked

Hi there, I was wondering if any one can help me to unlock a account which gets locked by -

[LDAP error code -19 - exceed password retry entry limit, Account locked.]

I'm looking solution that admin can unlock immediately without changing password.

My ODSEE version is 7

(Version 11.1.1.7.0_PR_16523310_19783758)
