How to unlock my apex.oracle.com account

Hi,
My account on apex.oracle.com is locked. I tried resetting my password as well.
The reset password mail I got -
Workspace: VPAGMWS
Username: TESTUSER (The account is locked.)
Reset Password URL: https://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?.......
How to unlock the account? Please suggest.
