How to unlock and activate all users while keeping their passwords unchange

I see many users in my database shown as "EXPIRED & LOCKED" or "EXPIRED " in the ACCOUNT_STATUS field. I am wondering how I can 'open' these account and keep their passwords unchanged. Please help.
