How to uninstall Hyperion Application Link manually ?

I uninstall Hyperion Application Link 9.2 (VBIS 7.5) automatically. (The Control Panel --> Add/remove programs)
But when I reinstalled HAL, it seems the installation was successfull and the installer did nothing.
And I checked the target directory, no file had been copied. So I assume that must be some problems while uninstalling.
I have deleted all registry keys which contains "Vignette", removed the directory of "C:\Program Files\Vignette".
Who can tell me how to uninstall Hyperion Application Link manually ?
