How to transfer file using 1521

Hi Experts,

Due to some security reasons, if port 22 is not allowed, is there a way to ship/transfer files using 1521??

I believe we have option to transfer pfile/spfile and pwd file from ASM to ASM from one server to another server. Not sure whether this is only possible if feasible.

Also, Please confirm if port 22 is blocked, SSH will not work between the servers?? In that case, whats the other alternatives
