How to track how many users are logged into the system.

Hi ,

Can anyone please tell if it is possible from shared services to track how many users had loggin to the system and access what data forms or data.
Actually there is a security issue going on.Some users are using somebody else login id .So we want to track that.

Any help much appreciated.
