How to test EDI X12 over Internet (AS2)

Hi,

I have setup a business action to process EDI X12 867 (PT) document version 4010 over EDI X12 over Internet - HTTP 1.0. Our client will recieve this document from the Trading Partner B2B. Before I ask the Trading Partner to send the document from his B2B setup to my Oracle B2B I want to test it. I have the sample EDI 867 files from Trading Partner.
Can any one let me know how I can transfer this file over HTTP to test my configuration. I know there is some script in EDI X12 over AS2 tutorial but that is not helping here.
I urgently need help here.
