How to temporarily disable start-up for an Oracle VM Virtual Machine?

I need to temporarily stop a few Oracle VM Virtual Machines for a few weeks and need to make sure that they do not boot or connect to the network during this time. What is the best way to do this? I'm concerned that if we have an OVS failure that they will start-up. I have un-checked the Enable High Availability option will that keep them from inadvertently starting?
