How to take export backup faster

Friends,

The schema size is 100GB .I want to take a export of this and import to test database.

It is oracle 10g database so planning to take datapump exp.

Please suggest me how to take export backup much faster through datapump and let me list of export paramters i should give to make faster.

Your help much appricated.
