How to take backup and restore oracle database.

Hi all,

Hope doing well.

sir, i am new in oracle. i have created one database name grand1 and i have created one user and given all priviliges to that user.

now i want to take backup of the database and restore in another system which has oracle installed.

but i don't know how to do that.

could you explain in simple way?
