How to take back up of database using oracle sql developer?

Hi all,

Hope doing well,

sir i have done migration sucessfully through sql server 2008 to oracle 11g r2 database through oracle sql developer and i have done move data offline so now data is there in oracle sql

developer now i don't know how to take backup of this database and how to restore to work with my .net application

please help me

it's urgent
