How to take AWR report for different 3 backdated time period

Dear Expert

I need to take 3 report for back dated day, like below.

Instance upgraded on 03/18/2016

There type of report for

1) The week before the upgrade (03/14/2016) to (03-17-2016)

2) The week after upgrade (03/21/2016) to (03/25/2016)

3) Last week (05/16/2016) to (05/20/2016)

How can I achieve it. Please give script to take this. Lot of thanks in advance
