How to stream video with iPAQ H3870?

Did anyone try to stream real time video to Pocket PC with RTP transmission and then playback with a player?

I am now working on this kind of project, but I can playback the video. I do receive the RTP data and the player can be launched successfully, but there are nothing on it. Anyone know why? Please help me.

P.S. I am trying with the JMF samples AVTransmit2 and AVreceive2 and my Pocket PC is iPAQ H3870 with JEODEVM installed.
