How to stop reloading a page in inline frame

Hi all,

I am using JDeveloper 11.1.1.5

I have a requirement to show static pages on different tabs using inline frame. But when i switch between tabs page gets loaded again.

Is there any way to stop loading the page again. I use inline frame in panel tabbed, showdetailItem
