We would like to disable the notification that goes out externally to Customers when their access is revoked from the Bill Management portal. This would be a setting within Oracle Fusion ERP application instance. We still want the other notifications such as the Welcome email to still go out as they need the information. We’ve been exploring where we might be able to do this, but are not finding a BPM Worklist where we could adjust. Assuming we’re looking in the wrong place. Is there a template or other specific area where we can make this adjustment?
