Hi – honestly the whole OCI system is labyrinthine to my inexperienced eyes and so jargon-heavy that this may be the wrong universe to even be posting this, but in case I'm in the correct forum:
I get constant email alerts about new Oracle events. When I click the “unsubscribe” link it goes to my user control panel (link is to https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/unsubscribe/…) and says “Your request to unsubscribe has already been processed.” I go to my notification preferences page and unsubscribe notifications and emails for all event-related emails, but I still get regular event notifications (often in duplicate to the same email address).
How can I make this stop without cancelling my account? Thanks!
