How to stop banner and separator pages

Everytime I print a document I am wasting two extra pages, one as a first banner page with information such as user, title, date printed and job number and another one as last page, with nothing on it, as a separator page, I guess.

I have selected nobanner in lpadmin options, but still I am getting this page.

Is this the banner or the banner is something else? and how can I stop these two wasted sheets of paper. I am the only user of my printer and there is no need of identification or separation or documents.

My printer is an HP LJ 6L, connected on paralell port and I am printing from a Windows 2000, connected via samba.
