How to Sticky Tab container List when scroll

Hi All,

I created one Region with Tab container template and that region have multiple tabs and I want list of Tabs name should Sticky when scroll like below snapshots TAB1, TAB2, TAB3 part should be sticky whenever scroll so that it will be visible and user easily move to another tab.

Any please know how to achieve that?
