How to start oracle services through batch file.

Dear All

How to create batch file and execute the following oracle services to start manualy. due to my system getting slow i select the services to start by manual. when i want to work in oracle at the time only i want to start the service. thats why i am asking batch file to start services in MS-DOS by entering batch file. Is there any option kindly send me the details.
