How to start database

Hi Experts ..

I have Oracle 11g installed in my machine, and yesterday I changed the value of sga_max_value, then I executed shutdown, but after that I no more able to start it up! when I execute startup I get this error:

ORA-00844: Parameter not taking MEMORY_TARGET into account, see alert log for mo
re information

I don't know what to do?
