How to specify time/snapshot ID for AWR report

I am confused of how to specify the time/snapshot ID for AWR report. I want to check the AWR report from 7.30 am to 1.30 pm for 5^th June ’15. In the navigation,

Server->Automatic Workload Repository->Run AWR report-> <What time to select>?

Should it be starting snapshots be 6.30 am or 7.30 am. Similarly, should the ending snapshot be 12.30 pm or 1.30 pm?

Requesting a revert as I have a pending task to finish.
