How to sort and get blank column at the top

Dear All,

I want a blank value to get at the top .I have executed the below query and I got result according to below image but I want blank value in VORGAENGER columnat the top.

My below query is giving me correct result but I want blank value at the top.

I mean I want row at line no 5 at line no 4.

Please suggest.
