We have two Oracle Autonomous Databases, one running 19c and the other 23c. A DBLink has been created from the 23c database to the 19c database. When attempting to retrieve table information from the source via the DBLink on the target side, I am encountering the following error “ORA-12529 TNS:connect Request Rejected based on current filtering rules”
Can someone please help what is missing here.
