How to solve latch: parallel query alloc buffer and Streams AQ: enqueue blocked on

Hi,

Can someone explain me what is the relation between "latch: parallel query alloc buffer" en "Streams AQ: enqueue blocked on" wait event?

I am in a situation for which I have an unexpected Wait Avg in a given database.

Does ssomene has nay tip to solve it?
