how to solve IMP-00010: not a valid export file, header failed verification

Hi ,

I'm trying to export and import from the 11G to 10G

But I faced this error

IMP-00010: not a valid export file, header failed verification
IMP-00000: Import terminated unsuccessfully

Export by running the Script ,

exp scott/tiger@Orcl TABLES=basetab_wimax FILE=/opt/oracle/export_backup/basetab_wimax.dmp

Connected to: Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.1.0.7.0 - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning and OLAP options
Export done in WE8ISO8859P1 character set and AL16UTF16 NCHAR character set

About to export specified tables via Conventional Path ...
. . exporting table BASETAB_WIMAX 10128 rows exported
Export terminated successfully without warnings.

And import by the script ,

imp HR/HR file=/med/cdrs/swh/basetab_wimax.dmp full=yes

Connected to: Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning, OLAP and Data Mining options

IMP-00010: not a valid export file, header failed verification
IMP-00000: Import terminated unsuccessfully
