How to size the Flashback area (FRA) to use only flashback logs

Hi,
I have a 40g database and Iam planning to use flashback database feature by setting FRA where I will keep only flashback logs with a retention period of 24 hours.
It is an OLTP database and db version is 10.2.0.4.
How do I size my FRA and is there a way to calcuate how much of flashback logs will be generated per hour or per day?
