how to sign jar file

hi,
[ oracle10g (10.1.2.0.2), jacob_18, webutil_106]

i am following the steps to configure webutil available on net, some of the links i wrote down.

but i cant understand the step of Adding frmwebutil.jar and Jacob.jar path entries
and of signing jar file, i tried whatever is given there.
but when i test for success i get the message "the system cant find the path specified" on win-command-processor.

plz help me out....
