How to show tooltip or title for icons on Navigation Menu on hover (Oracle Apex)

Hi,

I am having an oracle apex based application where under navigation menu items I see an option to set title to icons - ...title="#LIST_LABEL#"...

I see sections as

1. User defined attributes

2. And List template attribute where in place holders are there for #A04#.

I am unable to link all the above sections to show the title or tooltip.

Please suggest a suitable documentation which suggest how to show a predefined text as title on hovering the navigation bar icon.
