HOW TO SHOW lov?

Hello experts,

i want to show LOV when i press f9, for this i use key-f9 trigger at form level and below code:
DECLARE
N BOOLEAN ;
BEGIN
N:=SHOW_LOV('LOV_EMP');
END;


but its not working, suggest whats wrong ?
