How to show image in Navigation Bar List From Custom table in APEX 5

hi,

We have a customer table XXUSER_PIC, where we are storing all user images instead of wwv_flow_files. Now whenever a user login then we wanted to show his image from custom table in Navigation Bar List from custom table blob column.

We can easily add icon to user by selecting image/class in navigation bar list but point is to access the image from a custom table.
