How to show compact breadcrumb on all pages Apex 18.2 Universal Theme

After switching the theme to the new Universal theme in Apex 18.2 the breadcrumb region is mapped to Title Bar. By default option "Compact" is switched off.

I can set the option "compact" manually by going to each page but that's a bit time consuming. How can I get compact style breadcrumb on each page?
