How to show an gif image next to a value from column in a APEX report?

Hi all,

I have created a report and I have a numeric column on it.
I would like to show a little picture (gif from a location like Image Prefix/application/), but I only need to show the picture if the value in that column is '> x'

As an example take a look at :

http://www.troostwijkauctions.com/UK/Lots/11959/1868/1/Cranes_and_accessoires.aspx?c=agenda&sort=bid

*LotNo 577 for instance has a little flame picture next to it due to the fact that the Number of bids was greater than 5.

Has anybody done this already and can help me with an advice?
I am guessing that I need to do this in JS placed on Column Formatting in the HTML expression.

Thank you,
Ana-Maria
