how to show all database table records in form?

Hi all, i am new in oracle forms and i need help.
I need when i run my form all rows from a table to be displayed and when some row is selected(for example double clicked) a detailed view for it to be shown in different form (or something).
It has to be navigation i.e. i can go back and select another row to be shown in detailed view.
Detailed view for example is the same data row but in text boxes.
One more question ..Is it possible to have one form with different types of controls and to save it in database table or something?
Best regards.
